Alison
Data is beautiful, and it is yours.
Personal headache journal. On your phone. No account.
Alison is a personal headache journal. Log what you eat and how you feel. Your journal stays on your phone. No account. No Night Orders password. Alison 1.2 does not sync through iCloud.
Not a medical device. Not a diagnosis. Not a forecast.
Keep
Journal stays readable without Keep. Keep is through Apple: 1-month free trial for new subscribers, then $0.99/month (local price varies). After your first 24 hours, new Start, Food, and Health pull need Keep. When the trial or Keep ends, those services end. Restore on the Keep screen. Cancel in Apple Subscriptions.
No account. No ads. No tracking. Your journal stays on your phone.
On your phone
- Start and stop when a headache begins and ends
- Log food and ingredients
- Read the journal you already wrote
- Optional Apple Health (read-only: food, water, sleep, menstrual flow, caffeine, alcohol) and Watch overlays. Deny and the journal still works
- Weather and food lookups leave the phone. See Alison privacy for the services named.
